About the Workshop:  This Self/Co-Regulation Incursion is ideal for any person that needs to assist others in managing stressors and return to calm. The ability to use Co-regulation helps sets student and colleagues on a path to success.  We begin with (putting on your oxygen mask first) and learning Self Regulation to identify stressors in ourselves (then others) and use prevention and strategies to assist others to emotionally regulate.

The incursion not only educates on the importance of being able to emotionally regulate but explores ideal ways for each student or teacher to manage their own self regulation.

An engaging incursion modelling preventative breaks to use in your inclusive classroom

Outcomes – Learning the importance of Self Regulation/Co-regulation. Strategies to Self Regulate and model these. Identifying Stressors. Strategies to use for Prevention. Strategies to use in the Classroom. Confidence is using Co-regulation.
